How To Cure Itchiness On Face?

Hello Dr, Iam 33 Yrs old. Before 3 yrs my face become hypersensitive.So as per Dr's. advice i use emollien cream and cetaphils lotion which made my face better.But when i switch to any other creams i again will get itching and white bumps,so i used dipsalic ointmnet. and i started using that regularly since 2 yrs.After i know that it is not for face ,i stopped using that ,but my itchy face and white bumps are back on and my face has become so dark.can you please advice regarding this
