How To Cure Itching In Genital Areas?

Hi, i'm 19 years old and have been suffering from itching in my genital area for the past two years. The symptoms include: itching, peeling skin (white), moist (slight discharge), sores and sometime bleeding. I have been to plenty of consultations, in which a variation of creams and yeast infection medications have been prescribed, the latest includes Canesten cream. Have search the symptoms online and it seems plenty of people have it but nobody knows what it is or if there even is a cure. However I cant suffer any longer. I have a suspicion it might be genital psoriasis. Please help..thankyou.
