How To Cure Itchy Rashes On Arms,legs And Below Breasts?

Hi there, please can you help me. Last October i gaines a itchy rash on my arms, then top of my belly below my breasts, then this spotty rash devloped on the back of my legs and thighs... The itching and drove me crazy, and i visited hospital several times. The Dr couldnt figure out what it was, then said it might be scabies... I tried all the creams that the doc gave me and months later it was still there. The rashes disappeared but my whole body was still itchy.

It disappeared about 2 months ago, but has now come back... ;( I have no idea what it is! I'm only 28, healthy weight and have never had a skin condition before. Could it be stress maybe? Please help!
