How To Cure Jock Itch Permanently?

How do you get of jock itch permanently I keep using hydro cortizone and soon as done using it for 2 weeks it comes right back I even tried to use lamotrin but that seem to make it worse like a allergic reaction but the hydro cortizone works great long as I'm using it its not there what do I have to use?
