How To Cure Lack Of Appetite And Voice After The Fever?

I have been sick since last Saturday and then for two days had chills, fever and body aches. No real running nose but coughing. Now my body feels much better but I have lost my voice and appetite. I haven't been able to talk or eat for the past four days. What can I do?
