How To Cure Leg Pain With A History Of Disc Surgery?

Sir, I am Sridhar, male age of 38 years, in 2003 i got operated for acute disc prolapse, at that time both of my legs were paralysed and i was unable to pass urine too, and i got operated after 3-4 hrs. Later, it takes almost 7-8 months for me to walk without support. But, even now also i am getting pain and sciatica in legs. How can i get ridoff this pain which is really unbearable sir, please suggest me some remedial measures
