How To Cure Lesions?

I have dsap and my lesions seem to cluster and than look purplish- I have been doing microdebrassion, thermo lo laser and peels plus led blue and red light on forearms- on my calfs using solaraze gel is there any hope in getting the lesions to fade- constantly wear sunscreen mine itch from time to time
