How To Cure Loss Of Appetite And Weight After Withdrawal Of Marijuana?

I was prescribed medical marijuana by a licensed physician and had a laminectomy in May of last yr that has left me with severe stenosis. I am very sensitive or allergic to many medications. I am currently taking 3 325/5 Percoset per day. The pain clinic I have been referred to is refusing to prescribe opiate meds until I test clean . Since having to quit the marijuana, I have totally lost my appetite, am losing weight (not good, I m already very thin) and am wondering if I should seek a private practice doc rather than huge Spectrum Health which seems to tow the Big pharma line. Any suggestions?
