How To Cure Loss Of Sense To Smell And Taste?

Hi Doctor, approximately 3 years ago a loss my sense of smell and taste, I have gone to the specialist and have giving me some medication it helps me for a month, and I m back to the same problem, I also tried acupuncture, it is very sad because I m afraid of any dangerous smells. I have giving up. Do you know of any natural remedies or any other solution thank you for your help.
