How To Cure Lumps Under The Forearm?

I have lumps under the skin of my right forearm. Rotating my hand causes pain in the forearm. There seems to be a line of these lumps about five. Pressing on them causes pain. Pain when I use my hand to lift something lite. Pain in the inside of the elbow too. Often my hand shakes when I try to use a pen I do have a job where I use a computer 40 hours a week. I have been advised I do not have carpal tunnel. Any thoughts? Thanks.
