How To Cure Oval Blotches All Over The Body?

I have had red oval blotches all over my arms legs stomach and back for about a week now. they do not hurt nor do they itch.. it almost looks like i was in a paintball fight and got hit all over my body.. the ovals are red with my regular pigment in the middle in some spots.. others are just big red ovals.. i had a fever last sat and then these patches started to appear.. they are not raised at all in any location.. any thought on what this might be?
