How To Cure Pain In Stomach And Abdomen Due To Constipation And Gastritis?

I ve stomach and pain near belly button and it keeps moving up and down the belly button. Sometime I feel the pain is closer to the stomach and sometimes just above the belly button and other time below it. Though I ve few bowel movement a day, I feel constipated and lot of Gas is there.
