How To Cure Pain,burning And Blood While Passing Stools?

i found blood in stool when am 35 wk pregnancy.at tat time i had constipation.after a week it solved.again i seen a streak of blood in my soft stool 2 month after my C-section.its like pain and burning.its cured and coming intermittently.i didnt use any medicines not yet.im so worried.pls reply
