How To Cure Painful Penis After Cutting Penis Shaft?

I cut the shaft of my penis a few weeks ago on the zipper of my pants while getting dressed. The cut has since been very sore and grew a little from friction in my pants. I have been cleaning it and putting neosporin on the area but it still doesn't seem to be getting any better. What do I do?
