How To Cure Painful Pimples Before Periods?

3 years back i was having problem of bulki overy and cyst on my uterus. after having madecine cyst was cured and overy came back to normal size but i got a new problem on my skin.. black spot, patches and pimples.. for last three years i got painful pimple before periods and now my face is full of pimples and black spots.. right now i am 29 years old and single.. do i need to go to gynecologists again?
