How To Cure Penile Pain?

Hi,

My 9-year old had been complaining about penile pain, for about a week now. No obvious signs of an infection or pain when urinating, it just coomes in waves Is giving him tylenol or aspirin ok? Taking him to a doctor is not possible right now.
