How To Cure Persistent Pain And Irritation In Head?

After having a yeast infection I got really paranoid and checked it a lot. Thought the day I will grab twist and rub it to check if it s still okay Also scrubbing with water roughly in the shower. Now I have constant pain or irretation on the head. Have I injured it from playing with it to much?
