How To Cure Plantar Wart?

Hi I happen to have a plantar wart and had a minor surgery done on it (cauterization) to free my self of pain while applying pressure when walking etc...

I just want to ask what can I apply on it like an ointment or 40% salicylic acid plaster on it to *hopefully* prevent reoccurence...
