How To Cure Psoriasis In Hands?

Doctor, I have psoriasis for the last 3 years only in my hands. I had taken ayurveda, siddha. Right now, I am in allopathy. GOne to CMC vellore and as per that I am taking medicines. But medicine is not available in bangalore. Very difficult to go there everytime. If i come for treatment, will u be able to treat me?.
