How To Cure Pus Filled Scar And Dent Due To BCG Vaccine?

Hi, my daughter was born on 6/12/14 and was administered her bcg vaccine on the 7/12/14 how ever on the 2/2/15 her arm appeared normal and had a slight scar. On 3/2/15 i saw a big yellow pus looming like infection and it wascoming out so i went ahead and pressed around it gently and squezed it out: the colour of the pus was a yellowish to greenish colour, after all the pus was out i can see a big hole in my daughters arm. Is that normal or should i be converned?
