Hi my mum 80 years has had a rash come up on her arms around neck and now legs we have seen 2 differant medical care the first time was 3 weeks ago she wasput on antihisamines and a morning cream and a evening cream it did clear up for one week and now it is back with a vengence wewhere told it couldbe heat related andthe other seluulitise?We has just found out that she has hep c from a blood transfer , she also had bowl cancer 18 month ago most of the large bowl removed and joined tosmall bowl, she is refusing to go to hospital and dueto being public holiday, so no dr are open, also her has some form of serrosise of the liver .
