How To Cure Recurring Itchiness On Legs With Dry Skin?

Hi Doctor,

I got bad itching on both my legs but no rashes. It's a chronic problem. It happens for a few months, goes away and then returns again. The itching happens only on my legs. The surface of the skin is without any symptom. My skin is generally dry. Would you please suggest a permanent cure ?
