How To Cure Red Hot Cheeks Caused By Heating?

Hi, my son is nearly 18 years old and he suffers with a problem of red hot cheeks. This seems to be aggravated by central heating. His face gets gradually hotter and hotter and goes very red. It is not so bad in summer when no central heating is on. I wondered if this could be something like rosacia. It is very embarrassing for him can you help please?
