How To Cure Red Rash And Lump In Elbow And Armpit?

I have a rash on my elbow that is fairly healed also an eye that is red around it and it has white liquid during the night which means its pasted partially shut in the morning and I have a red rash and a lump in my armpit. There was another lump in my armpit but it went away.
