How To Cure Red Spots On Legs And Arm?

I have red spots on my skin, they are about the size of large pencil eraser. Not itchy, just red. As they heal they look bruised. I had them on my legs and this morning woke with them on one arm and a couple more on my legs and along the elastic of my pjs.
