How To Cure Red,hot And Numbness Around The Injection Site?

I am a 42 year old female (when did that happen?) 5'5", 160lbs. Pertinant Medical History includes Chronic Migraine, Fybromyalgia, Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
I was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks after my 40th birthday, the treatment I received for the breast canter was a Lumpectomy, Chemotherapy, and Radiation. So far I am still in remission.

My question is as follows:

I did an iv injection of cocaine, a large area around the injection site is red, hot, and feels a little numb. I am not a regular user, perhaps once in a blue moon, the time before this one was 14 years ago. I have been draping the area in cool cloths. What should I be doing next?
