How To Cure Redness And Dryness Of Lips?

hi ive tried almost every single lip balm, vaseline or even moisturiser for my lips. the problem is my lips are dry and very red....they dont really peel as much. Is there any type of medicated cream i can use to get rid of the redness of my lips. i dont have naturally red lips. the redness usually hits harder after i eat anything.
