How To Cure Reoccurring Red Scars Around Neck,arms And Thighs?

Hello Doctor, I am aged 47 years, 5'6" and weighing around 64 kgs. I occasionally have red scars around my neck and arms (as observed some time around afternoon only and subsides within a span of 1 hour). Also itchy feeling on both sides of the thighs (near my testicle). I consulted some doctors, who suggested CANDIDERMA or CANDID-B cream which I used for nearly 5-6 months. There will be no itchy feeling but, once i stop using the cream, it recurs within a span of 2-3 days time. Please advise some oral tablets or better cream to overcome this problem. Thanks
