How To Cure Ringworms On Neck And Armpits ?

Hi Doctor, I am having ringworms on my neck and are at underarms are very itchy and round the neck gradually turning into black spots something like burnt. The perfumes and body sprays are also suitable for me, kindly advice as its look bad and when i go outside under sun light it became redish and it creates problems for me.
