How To Cure Scar On The Legs?

hi, im 25 years old and i have old scar at my leg since im child. i already go to the skin clinic but still do have any improvement. its so embarrassed me when i cannot wear skirt and short pant. is there any way that can heal my scar? please, i really need to know
