How To Cure Sebaceous Cyst Like A Hard Lump Under The Right Side Above Clitoris?

i believe i have a sebacious cyst. it is a hard lumb under my skin to the right and just above my clitorous. it had went away for some time but came back and is painful, it is probably about the size of a penny. i stuck a needle in it to try and drain it, bad i know, and a dark yellow fluid came out followed by blood. it went down for about uumm three seconds until it swelled up worse than before. it is embarrasing and i do not want my boyfriend to think im gross or have herpes or something. it is also painful, i would appreciate any help you can give me.
