How To Cure Severe Itching Sensation All Over The Body?

My daughter has a terrible itching sensation all over her body,it is coming from inside her body,her feet are swelling and turning purple.She went to er last night,her heart rate went very high.they gave her avenosine to bring it back down,then they gave her steroids ,steroids shot,and perscription medicine,no relief.I am beside myself trying to help her,what else might i try
