How To Cure Severe Pain In Shoulder And Back?

I have a bad pain on my shoulder in the back. I have had it since the week before thanksgiving. I have also been getting real bad pains in my legs, feet and toes. They make my foot go sideways (a litttle) and sometimes my big toe will stick straight up in the air and I have to push it down with my hand and masssage my foot (usuall in the arch) until the cramp goes away.
