How To Cure Sinusitis?

I was diagnosed at an urgent care clinic with sinusitis five days ago. I have been on 500 mg of ciprofloxacin for two times a day and 5 mg of prednisone for one time a day. Today is my last dosage of prednisone and I will finish my antibiotic on Wednesday. I don't fee significanly better, so I am wondering if I should see an allergist. I don't want this to turn into bronchitis or walking pneumonia.
