How To Cure Skin Rashes On Thigh,groin And Waist?

I have a skin rash on my right thigh, groin, and part of my waist. I first noticed that my skin seemed numb to the touch, then the rash developed. It has been going on for about 4 days or so. It is itchy, but not exceedingly so. It is painful to the touch and sensitive to movement. It does not seem to have any puss at this point.
