How To Cure Small Raised Mole On Arm Causing Itchiness?

Hi, I have a small but raised mole on my arm, yesterday it became really ichy and when I looked at it it started to flake so I peeled it off. Two of my other moles have done the same thing, both flaking with a very dark color. Today the mole on my arm has a red ring around it and I have no memory of scratching it or anything else. There's also a hair on it that's darker than the others around it. Do you think this is anything to worry about?

Age: 18
Weight: 110-120 haven't weighed myself in a while but I typically stay around that weight
Meds: I have a few for athsma and allergies but I haven't taken any in months
Other Moles: idk if you wish to know but the other 2 I mentioned, one is about the size of the top of an eraser and is raised a bit, it began peeling 2 years ago but after the dark was peeled off it didn't grow back, the other is about half that size and is very dark, it puffed up about a year ago and started peeling and it does so occasionally. I went to the doctor before and he just wanted to watch it and said it was fine but it was a children's doctor and didn't seem to care what I was saying in the slightest.
