How To Cure Sore Throat?

Hi..friday i started to have a sore throat and body aches like i was coming down with a cold or flu. it went away. since sunday i have been bed ridden with a slight headache over my eye my throat is sore on and off and im having body aches like im coming down with a cold again but it never gets worst or better and since sunday i have been throwing up about 5 times a day with hot and cold sweats my stomach feels like its really gassy but all i do is throw up. what could be wrong..? its really wierd.
