How To Cure Sore Throat,swelling And Pain Of Lymph Node Of Neck?

I went out drinking last night and woke up with a sore throat and a swollen and painful lymphnode on the right side of my neck. My neck also hurts when I move it from side to side. I am now feeling hot and then getting chills. I also have a pretty bad headace and my body aches. Is this just a really bad hangover or some sort of flu?
