How To Cure Spot At Bottom Of Right Nipple And Rashes After Breast Reduction Surgery?

Hi, I had breast reduction surgery 10 days ago and everything is healing quite nice, despite the itching. I have a spot near the T and one at the bottom of my right nipple that are oozing and today I developed a red splotchy rash under the right breast. Is there anything I can do to stop the rash?
