How To Cure Swelling And Scabs Under Eye After Laser Treatment?

Hi I am 26 years old and went for some laser around my nose for broken capillaries and for two blue veins on my face. The first session was great alittle redness, no swelling or bruising, but not everything went away so 4 weeks later I go in for my next treatment and the doctor lasered a big vein under eye area and it swelled and scabbed. Its been over a month and I still see a circle of redness and purple spots that look like scars. I already had kind of a line going from the corner of my eye into my cheek and thats why she lasered the blue vein thinking it was causes a shadow and now I actuallu feel a line in my skin and it is worse.
