How To Cure Tear On The Penis After Intercourse?

After having sex in the shower I noticed it was a little rough with tugging as we had intercourse and now a few days later it feels as if my forskin shrunk around my penis, near the base of the "head" and I have small tears around that section can u help with what to do?
