How To Cure The Skin Rash On The Thighs With Fever?

I had strep for a few days and would have a fever of 102 degrees at night hen I was sleeping. Since I was sweating a lot while sleeping, I now have a rash on my inner thighs where they touch and it seems to be getting worse. Is this serious? How can I get rid of it fast!
