How To Cure Tingling And Burning Sensation At The Tip Of Penis?

Hello Doc! I have been diagnosed with prostatitus by my Urologyst. I have been on cipro for 5 or 6 weeks now. My Brion area used to tingle especially my penis head so much so that I shaved my pubic hair to avoid the poking. Anyway my penis head is still sensitive not quite what I used to be but still there. When I defecate I seem to have clear sticky fluid come out of my penis it feels like it burns a bit. I have been tested for std's and am going back for my 3 month herpes retest next week. I also have an oder combing from my groin area maybe due from my leaking? Is this normal for prostatitus. My doc says I am not infectious? Is there some other tests I should ask my doc to do? At first I thought it was an std but after two and a half months of my penis discomfort I feel confident it is not after being on cipro for so long. What are your thoughts on my condition? Please advise! Thanks
