How To Cure Tonsillitis Since Birth In 4th Years Old?

hello doctor,my son is 4yrs old.from the time he is born he is suffering frm tonsils and adenoid....in nite he is snoring badly...he keeps his mouth open while sleeping...i m nt in favour of surgery...any othrr suggestion u can give...i hope this problem is not dangerous....
