How To Cure Warts On The Scalp?

I have warts on my scalp, I didn't know what it was for the past years. It's spreading on my scalp. I was born with a bald spot in my scalp, but then some cauliflower like appearances started to spread in my scalp, it didn't bother me at first, but now it's bothering me, it's getting itchy frequently, and bleeding sometimes. I don't know what to do with it because it's length now is the length of my pinky. Is vinegar still advisable if it's already big?
