How To Cure White Head And Dry Nipples With Blood Discharge?

hi. i have noticed whit head and dry nipples with a blood discharge. I am not sexually active at present. i also have some reoccuring blemished that bleed arouf the chest area. under my right arm i have a pipple lumb outside of skin that has been there fo a while. i was put of antibiotics for my skin since has cleared up but is now coming back on chest and forehead. can this be to do withe diet or is it a stress related thing.? thanks.
