How To Cure Whitehead Which Looks Like Pimple Underside Of Breast?

I have, what almost appears too be whitehead,on the underside of my breasts, but every so often one turns into almost a pimple. Is there any way too get rid of it, any need for concern? I am a little bit bigger of a girl, but not drasticly overweight.
