How To Cure Yellow Spots On Skin Near Nipples?

Hi I have egyptian (mixture of sugar water and lemon juice ) waxed at home my chest. It is the first time i did it, I'm 24 years old. After two days i saw big yellow spots on my skin near the nipples, It is not painful it is just ugly to see. What should i do?
