How To Deal With A Feeling Of Stucked Throat In Kids?

hello,my 7 year old feels like she has something stuck in her throat.she said it feels like a small pill or something.she hasnt taken any medicine,no difficultly breathing,no coughing,no difficulty eating,no mucus or phlem.she just feels as if somethings stuck and it hits her mostly at night.could this be gerd?she wasnt feeling well two days ago and hadnt eaten the whole day I am thinking its maybe air?I am worried because it makes her so uncomfortable.Please help?
