How To Deal With An Obstruction Between My Larynx And Skin?

I was eating a cup o noodles the other day and I accidentally swallowed a piece of corn with some liquid. The liquid spread my throat open and the corn wedged itself on the outside of my larynx. IT is not in my esophogus it is between my larynx and skin. I think maybe I have a tear in the lining of my throat that has allowed this to happen. What can I do about this?
